1. Introduction

Welcome to Booking Ranthambore Safari (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide, including wildlife safari bookings and tour packages in Ranthambore National Park. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Agency Disclaimer

Booking Ranthambore Safari operates as an independent private travel and tour agency. We are not officially affiliated with the Ranthambore Forest Department, the Government of Rajasthan, or the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA). We charge a professional service fee for facilitating your bookings, coordinating logistics, and securing permits on your behalf.

3. Booking Policy & Payment Terms

  • ​Advance Payment: To secure a confirmed safari permit from the forest department, a mandatory 60% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • ​Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the instructions provided by our booking executives, usually before the commencement of the safari.
  • ​All bookings are subject to availability at the time of processing the request with the forest department.

4. Safari Permits & ID Proofs

  • ​Safari permits are issued entirely by the Forest Department of Rajasthan. We act solely as a facilitator.
  • ​You must provide accurate, government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driver’s License) at the time of booking.
  • ​The same original ID proof submitted during the booking must be carried by all passengers during the actual safari. Failure to produce the original ID may result in the forest officials denying entry, for which we hold no liability.

5. Zone Allocation & Sightings

  • ​Safari zones (1 to 10) and vehicle types (Gypsy or Canter) are allocated randomly by the forest department’s automated system. While we try our best to accommodate your preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific zone or vehicle.
  • ​Tiger sightings and wildlife encounters are matters of chance and nature. We do not guarantee the sighting of any specific animal.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by our dedicated Cancellations & Refund Policy. Government permit fees, once paid and issued, are generally non-refundable as per the Forest Department’s rules.

7. Code of Conduct

Guests are required to strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Ranthambore Forest Department. Any violation, such as getting out of the vehicle, shouting, or teasing animals, may lead to immediate eviction from the park and legal action by authorities.

8. Liability & Visitor Risk

Safari excursions inside Ranthambore Tiger Reserve involve entering a natural wildlife habitat and are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Booking Ranthambore Safari, our local expert networks, and the Forest Department of Rajasthan shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, loss of life, or damage to personal belongings incurred during your visit. Guests are strictly advised to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
