Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 21, 2026

1. General Booking Rules

Welcome to Booking Ranthambore Safari. By booking a safari, tour package, or any service through our website (bookingranthamboresafari.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. All safari bookings are strictly subject to availability and the official regulations set by the Ranthambore Forest Department, Government of Rajasthan.

2. Payment & Booking Process

  • Advance Payment: To initiate the booking process, a minimum of 60% advance payment of the total safari package cost is mandatory.
  • Confirmation & Balance Payment: Booking requests are not confirmed until the official safari permit (boarding pass) is generated. Once we successfully secure your permit from the Forest Department, the confirmed ticket will be shared with you. The remaining 60% balance payment must be cleared immediately upon receiving the confirmed ticket. Failure to clear the balance may result in the withholding or cancellation of the ticket.
  • Government IDs Mandatory: You must provide accurate details of valid Government ID proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) at the time of booking. The exact same original ID must be physically carried during the safari. Any mismatch will result in boarding denial by forest officials

3. Safari Permit & Zone Allotment

  • Zone Allocation: Safari zones (Zone 1 to 10) are allotted by the Forest Department’s automated system. While we try our best to secure your preferred zone, we cannot guarantee any specific zone, vehicle type (Gypsy/Canter), or driver/guide.
  • Availability Issues: If we are unable to secure a safari permit for your requested dates due to high demand or unavailability on the Forest Department portal, your 60% advance payment will be fully refunded.

4. Boarding and Code of Conduct

  • Reporting Time: Guests must report at the designated boarding point at least 30 minutes before the official safari timing. Vehicles will not wait for late arrivals, and no refunds will be issued for missed safaris (“No Show”).
  • Park Rules: Getting off the vehicle, shouting, feeding wild animals, and littering are strict punishable offenses inside the national park. The designated guide or forest guard reserves the right to terminate your safari immediately without refund if rules are violated.
